A supplement tracker for your daily routine
StackIQ keeps every product you take in one stack, each with its dose, form, and time of day. Morning and bedtime schedules come with reminders; you tick off what you took, check in on sleep, energy, focus, and mood, and watch the trends. Your stack can be exported to share with a clinician or coach.
How it works
1.Add everything you take
Scan barcodes or Supplement Facts labels, search by name, or add by hand. Medications can go in alongside supplements so timing and interaction checks see your whole routine.
2.Set a schedule and reminders
Assign each product to morning, bedtime, or a custom time. Reminders fire at the time you set, and today's list shows what's done and what's left.

3.Log the day
Tap to mark doses taken and the day fills in as you go. Today's list shows what's done and what's left, with your streak and 7-day adherence underneath.
Marking three morning supplements as taken in StackIQ; daily completion rises from 0% to 38%. 4.Check in on how you feel
A daily check-in takes a few seconds: last night's sleep, energy right now, mental clarity, and overall mood. Save it and the day counts as complete.
Filling in the StackIQ daily check-in — sleep, energy, mental clarity, and mood — then saving it to complete the day. 5.Watch the trends
Insights shows check-in totals, days tracked, supplement compliance, and 7- and 30-day trends for each wellness measure.
Opening Insights in StackIQ: weekly check-in totals, supplement compliance, and trend lines for sleep, energy, focus, and mood. 6.Share your stack
Export your routine to bring to an appointment or send to a coach — products, doses, and timing in one place.

What it doesn't do
- A trend is a pattern, not proof. Check-ins move for many reasons, and StackIQ doesn't claim a supplement caused a change.
- It tracks what you enter. It can't see supplements you take but don't log.
- Reminders depend on notification permissions for StackIQ on your phone.
- It is not a medication-adherence app for complex prescriptions; a dedicated medication reminder is a better fit for that.
Frequently asked questions
How many supplements can I track?
A full routine — six, ten, or more products, each with its own schedule. Every product is broken into its ingredients so totals and overlap still work as the stack grows.
Can I add prescription or over-the-counter medications?
Yes. Medications sit alongside supplements in your stack so timing and possible supplement–medication flags consider your full routine. StackIQ doesn't manage prescriptions, refills, or dosing instructions.
What does the export include?
Your products with doses and timing, formatted to share with a clinician, pharmacist, or coach. Nothing is shared unless you send it.
Do reminders work if I don't open the app?
Yes. Reminders are phone notifications delivered at the time you scheduled, as long as notifications are allowed for StackIQ in your iPhone or Android settings.
