How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to delete it if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete it in the StackIQ app

  1. Open the StackIQ app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon on the Home screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

  1. Email support@getstackiq.com from the email address you use to sign in to StackIQ.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my StackIQ account.
  3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account owner.
  4. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel a StackIQ Pro subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it first in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings to avoid further charges.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from StackIQ's systems:

  • Account information: name, email address, sign-in details, and account ID.
  • Profile: date of birth, sex, health goals, health conditions, allergens, dietary preferences, and supplement experience.
  • Health and supplement data: your supplement stack, dosage and timing, supplement logs, medications, and paused or skipped doses.
  • Wellness check-ins: sleep, energy, focus, and mood entries, tags, and notes.
  • Insights: personalized analyses, timing reports, stack scores, and interaction alerts generated for you.
  • AI chat: your conversations and messages with the StackIQ assistant.
  • Other content: supplement label submissions, notes, feedback, subscription status records, and usage logs tied to your account.
