Subscription terms
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Prices vary by region.
- Pro is a recurring subscription: monthly at $4.99/month or yearly at $39.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends. Apple handles refund requests.
- The free plan has no time limit and no subscription. Upgrading is optional and done inside the app.
Billing questions
Is the free plan really free, or a trial?
It is free with no time limit. The stack tracker, barcode and label scanner, dose and timing tracking, and ingredient overlap are included without a subscription. StackIQ Pro is optional.
How do I cancel StackIQ Pro?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, choose StackIQ, and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, choose StackIQ, and tap Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests go through the store you paid with: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play from your Play Store order history. StackIQ cannot issue store refunds directly.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes. $39.99/year works out to about $3.33 a month, roughly 33% less than paying $4.99/month.
Do prices differ by country?
Yes. Apple and Google set regional pricing, so the App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency. The figures on this page are the US prices.
