In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to StackIQ in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (100 USD), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackIQ, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
